Your Credit Card will only be charged after your Order has been fully processed and your product has been transferred to the Shipping Terminal. Please note that in some rare cases, your Credit Card may NOT be billed right away, due to the Technical issues or delay in Billing issues. In this type of cases, you fully authorize elistinka.com, to bill your Credit Card for any outstanding account balance, at any given period of time, within 36-Months of your purchase. Furthermore, in some cases the Shipping Charges, for your product(s), may not be displayed in your Shopping Basket, on the Checkout Page. Please note that we don't offer any "Free Shipping" or "Free Shipping Upgrade" options. Please note that there is an additional $5.00 handling (besides shipping charges) for all Canadian Orders and APO/FPO Order. All International Customers are responsible for any Duties and/or Taxes, assessed by their Country and/or Common Carrier. None of our fees include any Duties and/or Taxes. Please research about any Duties and/or Taxes, prior to placing your Order with us.

Defective or Damaged items may be returned only for a replacement, within a 5-Days period from the arrival of the product. Items returned for a replacement must be in the original condition including packaging, manuals, accessories and other documents and freight prepaid. The Customer will be responsible for the return Shipping Charges. On the other hand, we'll cover the Shipping Charges for the replacement product(s). Prior to returning the product, the Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from elistinka.com, in writing, via E-Mail. After the 5-Days period from the arrival of the product(s), absolutely no items will be accepted back, for the replacements and/or repairs. Your RMA number will be valid for 30 calendar days after it is issued. Absolutely no items will be accepted and taken back after RMA number is expired. Items that are lost and/or stolen while in transit, are subject to the product replacement only. If the replacement is not available, due to the fact that the lost and/or stolen item has been discontinued, a Store Credit will be issued. The 5-Day period doesn't apply to any International orders. All Store Credits are valid for a period of 6-months, from the date issued. All sales for International Orders are final.
At elistinka.com, we stand behind every product that we sell. If we have made an error, we will correct it right away. Any items that were shipped in error (wrong items shipped) and/or advertised in error are subject to the product replacement. If the replacement is not available, due to the fact that the original item has been discontinued, a Store Credit will be issued. Items shipped and/or advertised in error, must be returned in the original condition including packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation. The Customer must notify us within a 5-Days period from the arrival of the product, about any items that were shipped and/or advertised in error. Absolutely no items (that were shipped and/or advertised in error) will be accepted and taken back after the 5-Days period. Also, if possible, please make sure that you received the correct product, prior to opening the original manufacturer's box. Unless otherwise noted, all Multiple Product Orders are fulfilled on the first available basis only. This may result in the partial fulfillment of your Order. elistinka.com will charge a 25% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges for any refused shipments, unauthorized returns (Unopened), non-defective returns (Unopened) or cancelled orders that have been already processed. Additional charges may apply if the item returned is not in the original condition including packaging, manuals, accessories, and other documents. Absolutely no items will be accepted and taken back after the 5-Day period and/or without the Original Manufacturer's Box. Also, we'll not accept back any opened, non-defective and/or non-damaged merchandise. Furthermore, we'll not accept back any Special Order and/or unique items, and/or discontinued items, even if they are Unopened. All sales on Special Order and/or unique items, and/or discontinued items are final. Please carefully research your product, prior to making a purchase with us.
